Gall-stone ileus with cholecystoduodenal fistula

Abstract
|
|
|
The obstruction of the bowel by an impacted gall stone with cholecystoduodenal fistula is an unusual abut well recognized entity.
In most large series of intestinal obstruction, gall stone account for 1~2% of all cases.
A case of gall stone ileus with cholecystoduodenal fistula in 63 year-old man as reported, which was treated by surgical removal of the stone and cholecystectomy The literatures are reviewed.
